RE: PC Card->USB which wont even plug in

Subject: RE: PC Card->USB which wont even plug in

Hmmm. I believe that the Libretto 50 does not have a CardBus compatible PC
Card slot.

In fact, I'm not sure if there are any PC Card to USB adapters that work
with the 16-bit PCMCIA specification -- they all require a CardBus slot. I
think you're out of luck as far as getting USB functionality on your
Libretto is concerned.

Isnt the libretto 50 32bit? I have never found a card not to fit...

I just bought a PC Card->USB which wont even plug into the slot on my
50CT. The groove/tabs on the pinned end of the card dont match. Specifically
the side with only 1 flare (right side when viewing pinned end of card) is
too thick. All my other cards have a thinner flare on the right and 2 on the
left.

Has anyone found a similar PC Card->USB which DOES work?

Sadly I'm not in a position to comment on the longevity of Maserati

yes, it probably does...

Keyboard Problem

Subject: Keyboard Problem

Hi all,

My 100CT's left arrow key doesn't move the cursor or block text with
Shift-arrow, but does work as ctrl-arrow, and Home (Fn-arrow). As this
machine did not function when I got it (crashed HD), I don't know whether the
problem predated my installation of a 9.5mm HDD or not. Ideas?
