[Licq-main] To licq conversion scripts
Where would I send a couple of conversion scripts ie. kxicq-licq centericq-licq I have just switched to licq from centericq and my wife was using kxicq so I knocked up these scripts to move our contact lists and options over. I was wondering if anyone would like to use them -- regs MR E_T ___ \ \ \ OOHH I hate TYPOS \ \ \ ~~~ --- This sf.net emial is sponsored by: Influence the future of Java(TM) technology. [Licq-main] Problem with Dock icon, Red Hat 8.0/Gnome2/LICQ 1.2.0
I'm using Red Hat 8.0 with the default Gnome2 interface, and the LICQ 1.2.0 rpms included on the RH CDs. I have selected docking in Options, but it doesn't work very well. The dock is shown only as a very narrow line in the Panel Notification Area, as seen in this screenshot: http://www.bondeson.no/LICQ-RH80.jpg Anybody else who has encountered this problem, or who has any idea how it might be solved ? I'm not sure as to whether this is a bug or a configuration error. -- Mathias Bondeson --- This sf.net emial is sponsored by: Influence the future of Java(TM) technology. [Licq-main] History file format change in 1.2.x?
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Hi... I'm upgrading my system from Mandrake 8.1 to Gentoo 1.4, and at the moment I'm dual-booting while I set up and customize the Gentoo side. I'm running Licq 1.1.0 in KDE 2.2 on the Mandrake side. I'd like to run Licq while I'm booted into Gentoo, and I'd like to try out 1.2.0 at the same time, but I don't want to make my history and such unreadable to Licq 1.1.0. Of course I could simply load the same version in Gentoo I'm using in Mandrake, but I'm wondering if I can get away with importing my config file and symlinking my current history/ to the new one. Since I found nothing obvious in the Changelog, I figured I should ask here just to be sure. Is the history format still the same?
