Ok. I switched back to 1.2.7, as I need the console plugin to use it. I
use it alot through ssh, and when I'm on X, I use ratpoison as WM, and
it won't look very pretty on it :)

This is a problem with the console plugin.
Many things have changed between 1.2.7 and our current CVS version, qt-gui is 
the only working gui plugin currently, all others need to be updated.

Right, I updated the config files, and it now starts ok (and I didn't
even lose my contacts :)).
However, there is still a problem. I log on fine, according to network
window, but none of my contacts comes online. I don't know if it might
be a bug with the daemon or with the console plugin. Here's the output:
