I switched back to 1.2.7, as I need the console plugin to use it. I use it alot through ssh, and when I'm on X, I use ratpoison as WM, and it won't look very pretty on it :) Thank you -- Bruno Lustosa, aka Lofofora | Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator/Web Programmer | ICQ UIN: 1406477 Rio de Janeiro - Brazil | pgp0.pgp Description: PGP signature

Here's the output: This is a problem with the console plugin. Many things have changed between 1.2.7 and our current CVS version, qt-gui is the only working gui plugin currently, all others need to be updated. > None of these contacts that changed to Online/NA comes online. Right, I updated the config files, and it now starts ok (and I didn't even lose my contacts :)). However, there is still a problem. I log on fine, according to network window, but none of my contacts comes online. I don't know if it might be a bug with the daemon or with the console plugin. You have to use the update-1.3 script which comes with your daily snapshot. Please backup your .licq directory first. [Licq-main] Won't start
Hi, I'm trying to use licq-daily from today, and though it compiles fine, it won't start, and mess my term. This is the output sent to STDERR: 18:26:17: [WRN] Licq: Ignoring stale lockfile (pid 31020) 18:26:17: [ERR] IniFile: Warning, failed to find section. File= /home/lofofora/.licq/licq.conf Section = [owners] 18:26:17: [ERR] IniFile: Fatal error, terminating program. In fact, I couldn't find such section, but tried removing the .licq directory, and it still dies the same way. Has anything changed? I think I was using either 1.2.4 or 1.2.6 (can't remember).
