This sounds like a bug with KDE, it has worked with KDE 3.0 for me. I have seen this behaviour with KDE 3.1.1 now that I tried it out. I'll look into the problem to see if it is a KDE bug or a designed change in behavior. There is no auto-head that you asked about. [Licq-main] licq window in KDE taskbar
Hi all, I finally got LICQ running on my Debian sid machine with KDE 3.1. Docking works fine. The only problem I have is that the Contact List window still appears in the task bar when open. I know from the FAQ that I can start LICQ with kstart --skiptaskbar licq. That works for starting, and also the first time I bring up the contact list after. But if I hide it and bring it up again, it will show in the taskbar! How do I prevent this permanently? And is there any way to make the contact list window close itself after a certain amount of time? -- Carsten --- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Etnus, makers of TotalView, The best thread debugger on the planet.
