You can use the E editor for windows, and with luck soon on Linux as well.
 It will read and use all TextMate bundles.

Cool! While I don't use TextMate you've inspired me see what's possible
with Eclipse when 2.8 becomes usable with Lift (too much brokeness in the 2.7 
plugin)

This is the last time I'll bump this  (I promise) - anyone using TextMate can 
follow the bundle on github. 

I improved the bundle and it's fairly usable now, check  out a teaser video 
here: http://www.sidewayscoding.com/2010/03/textmate-lift-bundle-v02.html
