The #lilypond channel IRC is a public space. I've used it for communicating with a GSoC student in the past. Given that LilyPond is a Gnu project it certainly makes more sense to me to use IRC --- the whole respecting your freedom thing. The truth is that your content does not belong on this mailing list, and you have been told so already. This mailing list's description is This list is for discussing how to use lilypond. (www.gnu.org/software/lilypond) If you don't have anything relevant to the list's purpose to contribute, please do those reading the list the favor of not abusing their list for your own agenda.
