Bar lines appearing even with \stopStaff and \RemoveEmptyStaves

Hy,

does someone know why, even with \stopStaff and \RemoveEmptyStaves,
the barlines on the upper staff stand still?

you didn't apply 

\RemoveEmptyStaves
\override VerticalAxisGroup #'remove-first = ##t

to the RhythmicStaff
