These episodes sound like grounds for a class action lawsuit to me.  If the
Town is at fault through valid and documented use of their system, they
have real liability in my estimation.

[LincolnTalk] Site Visit prior to Tuesday's CCBC meeting.

The CCBC Public Forum this Tuesday, May 23 will present site information
from the architects on the Hartwell area.  Then the meeting will be open
for public discussion.   For anyone who would like to walk the area prior
to the meeting please come to the front of the Hartwell Building between
6:15 and 6:30.

We can familiarize ourselves with the challenges of the wetlands and
topography.

Yes, multiple times I was fined for being late and they would do nothing about 
it. This is a poor result of an outdated system.

It is 2023, I hope that we can start having cost-free electronic billing and 
payment soon.

My check was dated 3/21 and it cleared the bank. I wonder if a batch of the

[LincolnTalk] Looking for nautical charting tools to borrow

Hi Lincoln, I’m working on my navigation skills for boating and hope to borrow 
two items:


  1.  A parallel ruler set, used to step courses to compass rose on a chart
  2.  A divider/compass, used to measure distance between two points on a chart

Anyone have these tools collecting dust in a drawer that they would loan me for 
a month or so?
