This may take another 18 hours to be approved, but I sent that email at 12:45 
yesterday, based on what the town calendar displayed. 

I have been reading the emails closely, but still don’t understand how such a 
mix-up could have happened. An explanation of the mechanics of entering one 
name in lieu of another would be helpful.

I believe that question would have to be answered by the folks at Bemis
Hall, as I agree -- it is very disappointing that an individual's name or
an organization could be listed as the host without their knowledge or
consent.
