Lincoln Climate Action Plan Community Workshop #2
What's the Lincoln Climate Action Plan? The Town of Lincoln is gathering input for a Climate Action Plan that will guide efforts to reduce carbon emissions and increase our community's resilience to climate change impacts. Developing a Climate Action Plan involves community outreach and engagement, the identification of needs and goals, and the development of actionable strategies to increase resilience and sustainability. We had great discussions at the workshops held in early March and are looking forward to engaging with more residents during this next workshop focused on strategy implementation. We want to hear from you! What's the Community Workshop? The Community Workshop is a public event that will be held twice - on April 12 at 7:00 p.m. and April 14 at 8:30a.m. The Community Workshop is being hosted twice to make it easier to virtually attend. The information shared will be the same, so you only need to attend once. We hope you will join us to hear about Lincoln's Climate Action Plan process and share your experiences and ideas for the Town! You can register for either of the two dates here: * Register for the April 12 event at: http://tinyurl.com/LincolnWorkshopApril12 * Register for the April 14 event at: https://tinyurl.com/LincolnWorkshopApril14 Questions or Comments? Please email Jennifer Curtin (curt...@lincolntown.org<mailto:curt...@lincolntown.org>).
