Adding to what Howdy-Tzi has suggested, you can create a movie to open all
your 100+ Dir movies one-by-one in a MIAW and scan through the catsLibs for
images or text and export them (using some xtras?)
Have fun!

Do you know of a way to extract all the images and to save them as jpg or
whetever in a quick way?
From the Cast, or composed to the Stage?
You can (for instance) place the items on the Stage, and then export the
score as a series of still images. They'll not be JPEGs, but you can open
them in PShop (for instance) with one of its nifty little scripts and
convert them that way.
There are image export Xtras too, I believe, that can surely work in
conjunction with Lingo.
