RE: lingo-l Can you get rid of the black key line boarder on a projector?

2002-08-02 Thread Lewis Fleming

I tried the making a projector in a window and the having a
(projectorName).ini in the same folder with the FullScreen=1 uncommented.
This worked as far as making the projector full screen BUT it still had the
black key line. I am using windows 2000 and dir 8.5 has this technique
worked on 8.5?

thanks
Lewis

 Can you get rid of the black key line boarder on a projector?

What has worked for me in the past is to make the projector In a window
(File-Create Projector-Options). Then add a (projectorName).ini file and
add this section/keyName to it:
[Settings]
FullScreen=1

I don't remember whether this also works on a Mac, but it does for every
variant of Windows I've tried (IOW, YMMV)

There is also an xtra that will do this for you. Search at:

2002-08-02 Thread rdantas

when creating the in a window projector, be sure to uncheck Show title
bar.. that should do it...

the problem is that you can't uncheck show title bar and create a full
screen projector at the same time (don't ask me why...)

another way is to create a full screen window and then do the equivalente
of unchecking show title bar via ini:

[Settings]
UseTitleBar=1
