Well, then don't respond (to them OR the list).  No need to fill this up 
with people saying why they don't want it - the recruiter isn't on the 
list.  There may be one or more people for whom it is a fit, and those 
people should send in the resume.

Even though I'm a pretty good cook, I'm not responding to ads from 
restaurants (or even Burger King).  But someone out there might find it a 
good fit.  Personally I think they'll have a hard(er) time filling it at 
that price range, but there's often smart young kids that need a good 
official project under their belt, so for them it's not so much the pay but 
the opportunity to get experience.  I spent many years doing programming 
for very little $ (including one summer at $4.50/hr) while I built my 
experience and background.  If you have a choice between a $75/hr job and a 
$25/hr one, by all means, take the higher one if all things being equal, it 
still meets your needs.  But if the choice isn't there, or if there's 
things you might get from the lower priced job that you might not get 
elsewhere, then it might fit the bill.

I get myself 30$/h as a graphic designer and lingo progammers have a very
hight salary in sweden.
