PFPO is not yet implemented so it does not have a name.  There are
internal implementation details for that.  Implementation of PFPO is
planned as part of an active effort around getting all floating point
support current within the Hyperion repository.

The UBUISO EXEC in "The Ubuntu Mainframe Cookbook" creates a TDISK, copies
the kernel, parmfile and RAMdisk from an install server and punches them to
the reader from there. So no 191 disk is needed.
