Which security on Linux are you referring to specifically? HyperLedger is open. Is there a reason why this couldn’t be built on z/OS? > On 10 May 2023, at 08:46, Tore Agblad wrote: > > Classification: Confidential > > Hi, one usecase is that you need the security inside LinuxOne for financial > transactions secured with HyperLedger (blockchain) > > BR /Tore > HCLTech ( Volvo IT before 2016 ) > > -Original Message- > From: Linux on 390 Port On Behalf Of Jack Woehr > Sent: Tuesday, September 27, 2022 18:53 > To: LINUX-390@VM.MARIST.EDU > Subject: Re: red-hat open shift on zlinux > > [CAUTION: This Email is from outside the Organization. Re: red-hat open shift on zlinux
Here is another option if you are interested. SUSE Rancher can be deployed on any enterprise Linux on Z including on RHEL. There are four YouTube videos which show how to deploy the following: * RKE2, a Kubernetes distributions option from SUSE that can run on any enterprise Linux on Z * SUSE Rancher Manager, manages any Kubernetes distribution from a simple to use web UI * A simple containerized application The longest of the four videos are just over 5 minutes. The first video shows the vCPU, memory and storage requirements for a z/VM guest that makes up a part of the three node RKE2 kubernetes cluster. The minimal guest requirement is 2 vCPUs, 8GB memory and 50GB disk. Regards, Mike On 9/27/22 10:53, Jack Woehr wrote: On 9/27/22 10:33 AM, Jack Woehr wrote: Jake got me started.
