Re: [linux-audio-dev] [announce] ALSA Patch Bay 0.1

2002-03-05 Thread Maarten de Boer

I just completed version 01 of a very scrappy but functional gui midi
patch bay for alsa's seq api It's essentially just a graphical version
 of aconnect It's available from:

I wrote one already a long time ago (though for alsa 05x, but it should
be easy to port)

ftp://wwwiuaupfes/pub/mdeboer/aseqpatchbay-01gif

ftp://wwwiuaupfes/pub/mdeboer/aseqpatchbay-01tgz

it has the same estetics as my alsamixergui (which I have a version for
09x, based on the latest CVS sources, I should make it available ASAP)

Please let me know if you experience any difficulties compiling/running it.

Same here so I grabbed the 1mb source package and did a ./configure
to generate fltk-config, copied to the apb sourcedir and it generated an
executable. I've put that file here to save downloading the original source...

 http://alsa.opensrc.org/fltk-config

I don't know if my exe works because I can't run ALSA on my Duron box.

fltk-config isnt on my system (even though libftlk-dev is installed) and a
search on packages.debian.org comes up with no packages available. Has
anyone else had any luck compiling under debian?

Only by doing the above. A bug needs to be filed.

I've got debian as well. The latest fltk packages (in unstable) are of
1.0 so I have 1.1 installed from source. Perhaps you can give that a
try?
