x86-64 dual core mapping

Andi,

I tried 2.6.12-rc3 with dual way dual cpus.

It seems right mapping should be
CPU 0(2) -> Node 0 -> Core 0
CPU 1(2) -> Node 0 -> Core 1
CPU 2(2) -> Node 1 -> Core 0
CPU 3(2) -> Node 1 -> Core 1

instead of

CPU 0(2) -> Node 0 -> Core 0
CPU 1(2) -> Node 0 -> Core 0
CPU 2(2) -> Node 1 -> Core 1
CPU 3(2) -> Node 1 -> Core 1
