I get occaisonally the error flag USB_ST_DATAOVERRUN when the interrupt handler is called with an ISO-out transmission. This only happens with the ohci driver. Especially strange that it happens in the interrupt handler and with ISO which has no ACK. Are you on SMP in 2.4?
