 hi guys,

I have a friend who is looking to break the MS circle of death. He's

Had two newbies here that I put mandrake 9.1 that i helped put up for them. It
was a breeze and they have had no problems so far.

  Nope.

Really strange, a lot of variation yes/no. Apparently even some folks
who have shockwave can't hear the pops! Time to wave some chicken
 bones.

Errm, that should be chicken feet, not just any old, garden variety
chicken bones.

As to the problem at hand, I've Flash 6 and Firebird 0.6. Saw the animation,
just didn't hear the sound. But, play /where/ever/linus.au works just
fine, so that element of my sound setup is working properly.

That's kinda what I thought, but just now tried again, this time didn't
click anything. Just waited a bit, tried, waited a bit, tried. After
20 seconds? 30? it started 'popping'
