This could also mean that the state-table is full.
Try to increase it and see if it helps.

Re: [pfSense] SSH error

2012-08-31 Thread Pankaj Kumar
Thanks Mr Milios

I go through your suggestion then i got result

GRC Port Authority Report created on UTC: 2012-08-31 at 06:08:44

Results from probe of port: 23

1 Ports Open
0 Ports Closed
0 Ports Stealth
-
1 Ports Tested

THE PORT tested was found to be: OPEN.

TruStealth: FAILED - NOT all tested ports were STEALTH,
   - NO unsolicited packets were received,
   - A PING REPLY (ICMP Echo) WAS RECEIVED

Now its working for me, but i am still in doubt actually what was the
problem and how it became solved !

Thank you so much

 Try these:

 1. From a machine inside your LAN open
 thishttps://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2page.
 2. Press proceed and then on the center of the page (in the box) type:
22 (default ssh port.Put the port that you have opened on the internet
 through your pfsense).
 3. Then press Use specified custom probe
 4. Wait until it scans your firewall for open port.If the result is
green or stealth then your SSH port is blocked from pfsense.
Your should check NAT settings and Firewall rules and be 100% sure
that they point to the right internal SSH server.
