[WSG] Sticky footer kinda sorta

Hi list,

I am in need of a footer that sticks to the bottom of the viewport, but when
content runs deep, the footer is pushed down accordingly.

Here, for example:
http://66.155.251.18/mlinc.com/06/

Can the footer be pinned to the bottom no matter how tall the viewport, but
when copy, etc. is added, the footer will push down (with a nice amount of
space between footer and copy). ;-)

Is this possible without permanently aligning the planets and sacrificing
small farm animals?
