clang concurrent make segfault output

I think clang-9 appears to be trying to execute a command called "Segmentation
fault (core dumped)" but I don't see a core file anywhere (even with ulimit -c
unlimited)  Workaround is to just run make without -j so I think it has
something to do with the frontend receiving some sort of signal when multiple
processes are kicked off.  I have no better idea what's going on without the
core file so here's my source code and steps to reproduce:

On Manjaro Linux 4.19.85 and clang 9.0.0:

$ git clone https://github.com/jeffythedragonslayer/lipton-tarjan.git
$ cd lipton-tarjan
$ make -j 16
