i think that was this end, routing trouble at PSI, state51's internal
network seemed to drop off the net for a while. damn and blast PSI, the words
coming easily from force of habit.

I have a feeling that it is more to do with the hardware the site is on
not being fully up to the job that is being asked of it ...

I don't believe it's down as I can still access the site, albeit
inconsistently. I get the feeling the problem is caused by bandwidth issues
somewhere between $here and there.
