You should know that's a poor explanation of your problem. That said, not 
knowing the details, here's the instructions:

Certainly your issue is not restricted to Lubuntu, so you may want to reach out 
to Launchpad support if you continue to have issues. Just be more specific 

[Lubuntu-admins] ppa uploads

hi all

I can't for the life of me seem to wrap my brain around uploading source
code to a ppa not sure why i'm usually not so damn dense... anyway i
was wondering if there was either a video/visual tutorial somewhere that
i could go by as it's obviously something i need to 'see' done a time or
two before it 'clicks'.

I've been trying to upload the new seamonkey to a ppa so i can manage
when the updates for it come through after testing has been done to make
sure it breaks nothing but can't seem to figure it out to save my
life so... any help would be appreciated...
