Probably, but at the moment we have larger issues because we use various
classes that don't exist for the phone - getting wp7 support is far harder than
just creating and isolated storage class

However, I would think that would only require creating a Directory type
that used IsolatedStorage APIs, and added a check in FSDirectory.Open to
return one of those if it's running on WP8.
