Мен ме е страх да ползвам такива програми - 
предпочитам ddcxinfo-knoppix, 
защото тази програма проверява (DDC) какви 
режими поддържа монитора. И освен 
това xvidtune има сложен интерфейс (друго си е 
да напишеш една проста команда 
`ddcxinfo-knoppix  -monitor`).

Ами xvidtune го имат всички, то е част от X base 
clients на XFree86 или X.org.
Специфично за Debian е xdebconfigurator - Perl скрипт 
използван с debconf да 
auto конфигурира X-са, дори и неитерактивно, 
като използва discover, kudzu, 
hwinfo, xresprobe... и май преравя и sysfs /sys ако я 
намери. Не съм го 
използвал лично.

 Мен ме е страх да ползвам такива програми - 
 предпочитам ddcxinfo-knoppix,
 защото тази програма проверява (DDC) какви 
 режими поддържа монитора. И
 освен това xvidtune има сложен интерфейс 
 (друго си е да напишеш една проста

Zdraveite !

Mnogo otdavna ne biah puskal X server no sega si 
izteglih Slackware Current
i si podkarah X-a na 1152x864 no mnogo mi trepti i 
mislia che raboti na 60Hz.

I monitora i kartata mi gi poddyrjat zashtoto pod 
Windows bachkat na 85Hz.

Kajete kakvo se pravi za da se vdigne taia 
chestota.

Ìîÿ îïèò å ñëåäíèÿ. Åäèíñòâåíèÿò íà÷èí äà èçöåäèø ìàêñèìàëíàòà ÷åñòîòà íà
îïðåñíÿâàíå å ñ Modeline. Àêî æåëàåø äà íàó÷èø ïîâå÷å çà òÿõ 
ìîæå äà ïðî÷åòåø XFree86-Video-Timings-HOWTO.
Àç èçãóáèõ äîñòà âðåìå â îïèòè äà ñè íàïèøà 
ñîáñòâåí Modeline, íî òàêà è íå óñïÿâàõ. Íàé-äîáðèÿò âàðèàíò ñïîðåä ìåí å
äà âçåìåø ñòàíäàðòíèòå Modelines êîèòî ñà ñå èçïîëçâàëè
ïðè ñòàðèòå âåðñèè íà Õ-ñúðâúðà. Àç èçïîëçâàì: 

Modeline "800x600" 69.65 800 864 928 1088 600 604 610 640 -hsync -vsync

Òîâà å çà 800õ600@100hz.

Ìèñëÿ ,÷å òîâà êîåòî òè òðÿáâà å:
