[LUTE-BUILDER] Re: What to build.

2008-12-16 Thread luciano bernardi
Hi,
I have used Lundberg instructions for my 2 first lutes. Indeed it worked
well for me, but I had some previous general knowledge of woodworking and
musical instruments construction.
I have found that -again in my opinion- David's courses are much more deep
and detailed, so very useful not only for absolute novices, but also for
some (self-supposing) little more experienced people like me.
Sincerely,
Luciano

Hi,
I have uploaded my version of the Canone by Francesco da Milano.
I played a renaissance lute, the canon voice is played by an early harp.

Thanks, Thomas - but I can't get it to play - Firefox goes to the right

I've not had any trouble with esnips before - any ideas anyone?

Subject: [BAROQUE-LUTE] bach on baroque lute

Hi all,
I'm an italian lutenist playing the baroque lute.
Does anyone know where I can find the Bach's tablature of Sonatas & Partitas
for violin solo BWV 1001-1006 and 4 Violoncello Suites (BWV. 1007-1010)?
If downloadable or purchasable in internet?

Thank you in advance,
Luciano

Dear Michael,
