[LUTE] Re: 1528-36 pieces

2006-09-17 Thread LGS-Europe
So, people, some suggestions for some really captivating pieces, please!

Dear Arne

The collection of 3 and 4 part songs by a.o. Cornysh (Brown 1530-6), with
titles that stirr the imagination:
By by
She may be called
My love mournyth
Pleasure it is
Beware my lytyll fynger
So great unkyndness
Who shall have my fayr lady
and more ...

Love those titles! Anybody has a copy of the microfilm or something for me?

Grele 1532
Ich klag den Tag
Pacientia
Trostlicher lieb
Wu sol ich mich hin keren ich armes brüderlein
and more appropriate titles ...

Milan, Hans Neusidler and Casteliono are 1536.

enjoy

David

If the doors of the tower slammed shut in 1536, then Casteliono book of
tablatures published in Milan would be appropriate.
