A couple of lutes will be made in nine days, one renaissance and one baroque, to be donated to the Lute Society of America for use as hire instruments to introduce people to the joys of playing lute. This is a chance to learn the whole range of lutemaking skills in an intensive hands-on experience. Past workshops in Norwich have been great fun and good instruments have resulted.
