Re: [Lynx-dev] error 426
Maybe lynx -base -core -dump -tlog -trace might get some informative output.
Re: [Lynx-dev] A new and intense error, 426?
Is it possible to turn trace on before the site is reached with lynx? If so, trace may catch and log the bad behavior for us. On Tue, 19 Oct 2021, Chime Hart wrote: > Hi Karen-and-All: Did you try controll+c? Thanks > Chime > > > >

...hmm, there might be another option. I am going to test this later. Still in my lynx options menu, there is a way to change from HTTP1.0 to 2.0. A swift search hints that the code means the server in question will not perform the desired task using the current protocol, but may if the user changes that protocol. Will test before bed and report. Kare On Wed, 20 Oct 2021, Thorsten Glaser wrote: Karen Lewellen dixit: Anyone come across this one yet? Re: [Lynx-dev] A new and intense error, 426?
honestly? Anyone recall that NY Times writer who suggested lynx as a tool for individuals wanting a lower graphics experience? Like people who do not want to use up lots of data? I f I can find the story again, I am going to get in touch with them and see if we can raise the pr a bit for lynx. Speaking personally, that is part of the problem, fortified by people like Google indicating that only hackers turn off JavaScript. [Lynx-dev] A new and intense error, 426?
Hi folks, Anyone come across this one yet? You have a link to follow, and you reach a page that says error 426 upgrade required. My personal experience is that it locks lynx, I cannot back arrow, or abort the browser, but have to exit my shellworld account entirely. I might guess? that if I were on my actual desktop, it might lock up the computer. Thoughts? karen
