lyx-1.1.4pre1

This is a prerelease for LyX version 1.1.4, the two very annoying bugs
in 1.1.3 has been fixed (math space and crash on >128 chars).

There has been some new huge internal changes, but so far there has
been no bugs reported because of this.

Still make sure to have a backup.
