Yes, I 'fixed' it.

It isn't about tables, it is about a two column document.

It means that you read the right side of the page before the left side.

Bug description:
  Dear interested parties,

  Hebrew is RTL and that means that multiple columns should be ordered
  RTL as well.

  Currently, this isn't the case. When I select two columns they are
  created in LTR order.

  Using lyx 1.6.1-1~intrepid1 from intrepid-backports.
