I could not grab it. But is it really necessary to provide a new Windows installer release? I see 
only this particular bug that harmed LyX and it is only a cosmetic one.

However, scaling matters! I have 200 dpi. If I scale down, I get two
dots at ~140 dpi and one dot at ~100 dpi. At some scale rates (such as
150), the dots even disappear completely.
