Indeed. 'Active' old-timers from my perspective are Asger, Lars and
Jean-Marc. Then there's Juergen (V.) announcing a new potential LyX user
from time to time and a couple of names (Alejandro, Matthias...) lost in
darkness...

The more emails I send, the more likely they are to just flag my mails as
spam.

I think I'll put a mail together and get Lars to post it. The added weight
of the project leader and all that.

Now that you have made the web-page, I assume you can point them to that, and
that will make it clear that this is for real.

And I always thought that *you* were an old timer. I suppose it's all
relative ;-)

Well, I've managed to ensnare two of 'em in the last twenty-four hours.
Not bad, huh?

The problem with Mate and Miyata is that their emails are valid and,
indeed, active. (I've become a bit of an internet snooper this last month
or so ;-) Unfortunately, they're just not replying to me.

Perhaps they might take more notice of you? (Or any of the old timers?)

Really, I'm at a bit of a loss.

Four of the names I recognise and my old brain kind of associates them with
significant contributions... You might want to focus the search for those 4
in particular:

Robert van der Kamp

Miyata Shigeru

Mate Wierdl

Bernhard Iselborn

blanket-permission.txt status update

2005-04-04 Thread Angus Leeming
79 people are now in blanket-permission.txt.

That means we're down to the following 26 individuals in the CREDITS file
who don't have an entry in blanket-permission.txt

None of 'em look like "major" contributers of code to me, but my
connections to LyX go back only to the start of the millenium.
