Ok so I will put this down as "not a bug", but somehow the "Include"
was ouputted earlier and that can have been a bug at that time... I do
not think that bug is present any more.

 \include, load the file into lyx, save the file. Has \include changed
 back to \Include?

Yes, manually editing works fine and \include didn't change back into 
\Include. The other (old) \incude included files were OK from the start 
anyway. I found the problem by looking directly at the .lyx file with a

Ok so I will put this down as "not a bug", but somehow the "Include"
