New "LyX Documentation Tools" toolbar

FYI: I just added a new toolbar (off by default) to LyX 2.2dev for people 
working on the documentation. It gives easy access to LyX and LaTeX logos 
(bug 9626), which are no longer produced automatically if the phrases occur 
in the text, so you do not need ERT separators anymore to prevent that), and 
the info and menu separator insets. If there are other documentation 
specific lfuns which I forgot we can easily add them as well.

Thanks for doing that. I just tested and it does seem like it will be
useful. I often find myself using the "code" text style a lot. Not sure
if it is worth a button though.
