Good point - with xforms almost anything could be described as a grey 
button!

On the basis that these things should be idiot proof, as as much
as possible, I feel qualified to mention the first two problems
that I had:

1) When talking about the Table Of Contents, it suggests pressing
"the grey button", but doesn't say where it is. Recently I found
it (at the top of the file), and of course that's obvious, once
you know. Newbies (like me) don't know.

2) When telling me to select the "Section" environment, I was not
warned not to choose the one called "Section*". I didn't look for
duplicates in the list (I really didn't expect that), and so it
would not number for me. Worse, after fiddling around a bit, I
got one to work, but all the others would not. That asterisk in
tiny font isn't all that visible, if you are not looking for it.
