Date at front page

I would like to know, who to put out the date of print that always
appear at first page.

To remove this date, add a `Date' paragraph with an empty content (for
example, a protected space). LaTeX likes to put the current date when
no date exists.

I am using article(koma-script) as document class. With the KOMA-Script
package a package scrtime is installed.
 
I put

\usepackage {scrtime}

in the LaTeX preamble

and 

\today,\thistime

(in TeX mode) into the date environment. I think that \today ist standard
LaTeX, \thistime needs package scrtime.

Btw, this gives the date and time of compiling, not printing.
