With the cursor inside a math inset, look on the math toolbar (the one that gives you font choices, relation symbols etc.) for an icon that looks like the outline of a square with a hat over it. (The tool tip for it is "Frame decorations".) Click that, and near the bottom you'll see all the commands from the cancel package implemented. Paul

Yes I did. As I wrote, enumitem does not work in beamer (and the module is not available in beamer).
