Hello,

Even setting: \newcommand\bmmax{0}
does not help.

It is really annoying. How to solve this issue?
Why such limitation. I am using Latex for 30 years, and it is the first 
time that I am stuck.

It does find the included file, at least, right?

Certainly LyX should not create this directory, though.
