Re: LyX Docker container?
Hmmm. I think that would be pretty easy to set up. You'd just need to make sure that docker gives access to the Unix socket for the X server. Re: View (ctrl+r) and View update (ctrl+shift/+r) are disabled or grayed out
It might be a different paths for you. Do "texconfig conf" and see what the paths look like. Good luck! Re: View (ctrl+r) and View update (ctrl+shift/+r) are disabled or grayed out
Looks like something similar to Fedora? On Fedora 16/17, when using TexLive 2012, I had to make a symlink: $ ls -l /usr/share/texmf-local lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 16 Nov 21 10:39 /usr/share/texmf-local -> /usr/share/texmf because /usr/share/texmf was not on TeX's search path, but /usr/share/texmf-local is. LyX's files were being put under /usr/share/texmf (which the TeXLive install should be looking at...) Re: APA6 class with LyX?
They accept PDF submissions, so I suppose you could use apa6 in LyX if it's available and export to PDF. Re: where is the error?
You could try renaming your .lyx/ directory and launching lyx to have it generate a fresh set of settings. See if that makes a difference. ---Kayvan On Sep 22, 2012, at 0:36, "Julia Schäfer" wrote: > Hello! > > I have been using Lyx 2.0.3 (on Mac OSX) on my current project for several > months now and learned to deal with most errors occurring.
