Thanks for you quick reply. I followed your advice and loaded ver 1.6.2 and
then when that didn't work I tried 1.6.1 - all with the same result. The
terminal window flicks open for a moment and then closes after a second
without even an error-message. It must be conflicting with another program
of some sort. I'l try loading it on a clean machine next time I rebuild a
Windows machine.
