AFPL Ghostscript v.8.0 problem

Dear list,

I found that the ghostscript v.8.0 cannot work with yap viewer, for those of you using 
MikTex in windows. Please downgrade your ghostscipt to v.7.04 if you found the same 
problem.

I am using LyX v.1.2.3 for windows.

Unable to set line-spacing

Dear all,

I have just upgraded to LyX 1.2.3 for win32. I find that I cannot change the
line spacing from single to OneHalf or even double spacing. The Latex error
message that was generated is:

Latex error: File 'setspace.sty' not found.

\onehalfspacing

***
(Cannot \read from terminal in non-stop modes)

This is the same problem in LyX 1.2.2 (LyX 1.2.1 was working all right).
Anybody know the solution? Please help.
