Would be very nice if preamble settings could also be stored in a branch. Then 
this could be done
very easily.

In addition, LyX provides "branches" for content that can be toggled on and
off document-wide via Document>Settings>Branches (this works for all
document classes).

Hello,

for my lecture i use beamer slides. For the handout i want expand some aspects 
with additional informations. Therefore I search a possibility to change 
between beamer slides and text (perhaps article).

A possible sequenze are

slide

Is this possible with beamer and lyx?
