I think this problem only started recently, and it only occurs with the document I am working on (e.g. I does not occur with small test Documents which only input a single file) Any ideas as to what is causing this, or how to fix it? As far as i know, this problem is here for many years now. The only workaround i've found is to close lyx and reload it (to remove all /tmp/lyx*** directories and temporary files) to take modifications into account. Except this way, i've noever figured out how to accomplish this correctly.
