That's not true, because the sgml2tex script sets up the paths so that
LaTeX can find the relevant style files.

It seems that the answer is that we don't care whether LyX can find
linuxdoc-sgml.sty or not, since the scripts handle what is necessary.
I'll just remove that from the tests and from LaTeXConfig.lyx.in. Are
there other places that I should check?
