Formatting of footnote does not work
Dear list, I have a question regarding the formatting of footnotes. I use LyX 2.0.7.1 on OSX with BibDesk 1.6.2. There is one footnote, which is shown unformatted, others are formatted and I can't find out, why. Does somebody have an idea? I add a minimal example here.
