How to automatically add the filename in a footer?

Hi,

I guess the following will require some LaTeX. Any tips on how to get the 
filename appear in the footer?


I'm using \cfoot{...} to create the center text of the footer.

Is it also possible to only extract for instane the filename and not get 
the full path? Or remove the extension?
