See, e. g. http://merl.ws - a nice weather dashboard widget. We should place a note near the download link. Regarding the Apple OS feature gatekeeper: In general it's a good idea. See the explanation here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5290 The user has the control and the system helps to ensure the desired behavior. New computer. Now on OS X Mountain Lion. When I started LyX after installing it, I got a message saying, "LyX.app can't be opened because it's from an unidentified developer." What do I need to do?
